Youth Sizing Example - Age 7-10 average height can wear a Youth Medium and have room to grow. We suggest taping around shin guards unless a loose fit is preferred.

Adult Sizing Example - 6’ 2” Slim/Medium Build Male can wear an Adult Small and will be snug around shin guards and average in waste.
